The rollercoaster of parenthood! It is no secret that the best job in the world can sometimes bring the hardest days in the world.

The most important thing to remember is that you are not alone in your thoughts. There is a whole community of parents out there ready to support you, laugh with you and cry with you.

As they say, it "takes a village to raise a child" but I also think it "takes a village to support a parent". This (big or small) village can come in the form of friends you hold dear, your parent's group, family members or even other parents that you connect with online.
