How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your item has a manufacturer’s fault within the 12-month warranty period, please email sales@oioi.com.au with the following:

Proof of purchase

Description of the fault
-
Photos or a short video showing the issue

A photo of the care tag with the production number (usually located inside the product)
In some cases, we may request the item be returned for evaluation. This helps us maintain our high quality standards.
If your product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will reimburse return postage and either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (e.g. scuffs, fading, natural aging)

Damage caused by accidents or misuse

Improper care or storage (e.g. mould, harsh cleaning products)

Products marked as “SECONDS” are sold at a discount due to known faults or cosmetic imperfections, which are detailed on the product page. These specific issues are not covered under warranty. The 12-month warranty only applies to faults not disclosed prior to purchase.
