Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched same day from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia (excludes weekends & public holidays).
Any orders containing PRE-ORDER items will be shipped in full once all items are in stock. Please see the product Title & Description for scheduled dispatch date. We will be in touch via email if there are any delays with shipments for Pre-Order stock.
Please note that due to lockdowns at the moment, we are finding that some orders are taking longer to be processed at Australia Post sorting facilities and further tracking is taking longer to be updated. Delivery times are also being impacted, with regular post parcels to Metro Areas taking 3 weeks on average.
Australia Post is currently only responding to late delivery enquiries for parcels that have been delayed for more than 14 days. If your parcel has been delayed for 14 days or more, you can email us email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Standard shipping rate: $7.45 via Australia Post
Express shipping rate: $10 via Australia Post
Free pick up is available from our warehouse in Moorabbin, Victoria. Simply select this option at the checkout and your order will be available to collect within 24 hours on weekdays between 9am-5pm.

Standard shipping rate: $20AUD (21-28 day delivery time on average)
Express shipping rate: $35AUD via DHL Express (1 week delivery time on average)
IMPORTANT: International taxes and duties. Please note any additional importation charges, taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Your delivery charge does not include such additional charges.

FAQ'sAre you still open for delivery during COVID-19?Yes, we ship all online orders within 24 hours & they are packed with love by a small team who are taking extra hygiene precautions. How do I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an Order Confirmation email from us once you have placed your order and another email with tracking information to keep you in the loop once your order has been picked up from our warehouse. This email contains your Australia Post, SENDLE or DHL tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through their websites.

I've moved from a normal handbag to this having an active 1 year old with a newborn on the way, and this has been an awesome investment. Full disclosure - my first bag unfortunately had a faulty zip and caribeener BUT as soon as I e-mailed the customer service they sent a new one express, and so far it's perfect. It fits absolutely everything I need, is easy to carry, and is cute as heck. I've had so many compliments so far.
