At OiOi, we stand behind the quality of our products and take great pride in the craftsmanship of every item we produce. That’s why we offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If your item has a manufacturer’s fault within the 12-month warranty period, please email sales@oioi.com.au with the following:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the fault

  • Photos or a short video showing the issue

  • A photo of the care tag with the production number (usually located inside the product)

In some cases, we may request the item be returned for evaluation. This helps us maintain our high quality standards.

If your product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will reimburse return postage and either repair or replace the item at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scuffs, fading, natural aging)

  • Damage caused by accidents or misuse

  • Improper care or storage (e.g. mould, harsh cleaning products)

Products marked as “SECONDS” are sold at a discount due to known faults or cosmetic imperfections, which are detailed on the product page. These specific issues are not covered under warranty. The 12-month warranty only applies to faults not disclosed prior to purchase.

We have sourced our mail packaging from a number of fantastic, local Victorian based suppliers.

  • Nappy Bags and Stroller Organisers are packaged in a beautiful OiOi branded cardboard box- sourced from a supplier in Coolaroo, VIC
  • Smaller item orders, such as babywear or change mats, are packaged in compostable mailers sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.
  • We use exclusively OiOi branded eco kraft tape for all orders - sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.
  • We do not include invoices in your order to minimise paper, however, we do include a thank you card printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper with toxic-free inks. We work with a fantastic environmentally-friendly printer in Castlemaine, VIC.

Gift Message Service

We offer a free Gift Message Service. Simply include your gift message in the notes section of the Checkout.

We also sell Greeting Cards if you would prefer the gift message to be handwritten on one of these.

Incorrect address

We use an automated system that creates labels in Australia Post using the exact address you have entered into the checkout.

Due to the high volume of orders and our fast processing times, we are unable to change your address after you have checked out so please double check that you have entered the correct details. If you live in a unit or apartment, please ensure that you clearly state your unit/apartment number.

If you have entered the wrong address at the checkout, please contact us at sales@oioi.com.au immediately with the subject title "URGENT-WRONG ADDRESS" and we may be able to change it before your order has been processed by our warehouse team.

If your product has already been posted, we may be able to recall the parcel via Australia Post if it is still in transit and resend it. Please note in this case, any additional postage costs will be charged back to you.

Order edits

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unfortunately unable to edit any orders after they have been processed.

Order edits that we are unable to perform include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Change of address
  • Change of product/s, including sizing
  • Change of gift message
  • Change of shipping method
  • Combining multiple orders placed

If you need to exchange a size or colour, you are able to do so per our 30-day change of mind policy.

We’ve made sure to work with a tannery that works exclusively with hides that would sadly otherwise go to landfill (by-product of USA food industry) and whose process is 100% traceable through Leather Working Group audits (their strict protocol focuses on energy and water usage, waste management and the control of harmful chemicals).

To keep your genuine leather wallet looking its best, apply a protective leather product and avoid water, soap, solvents and harsh chemicals. Keep it away from humidity, heat and sunlight, and if it gets wet, pat it dry gently. To prevent colour transfer, avoid contact with lighter fabrics.
