Packaging
We have sourced our mail packaging from a number of fantastic, local Victorian based suppliers.
- Nappy Bags and Stroller Organisers are packaged in a beautiful OiOi branded cardboard box- sourced from a supplier in Coolaroo, VIC
- Smaller item orders, such as babywear or change mats, are packaged in compostable mailers sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.
- We use exclusively OiOi branded eco kraft tape for all orders - sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.
- We do not include invoices in your order to minimise paper, however, we do include a thank you card printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper with toxic-free inks. We work with a fantastic environmentally-friendly printer in Castlemaine, VIC.
Gift Message Service
We offer a free Gift Message Service. Simply include your gift message in the notes section of the Checkout.
We also sell Greeting Cards if you would prefer the gift message to be handwritten on one of these.
Error with an order
Incorrect address
We use an automated system that creates labels in Australia Post using the exact address you have entered into the checkout.
Due to the high volume of orders and our fast processing times, we are unable to change your address after you have checked out so please double check that you have entered the correct details. If you live in a unit or apartment, please ensure that you clearly state your unit/apartment number.
If you have entered the wrong address at the checkout, please contact us at sales@oioi.com.au immediately with the subject title "URGENT-WRONG ADDRESS" and we may be able to change it before your order has been processed by our warehouse team.
If your product has already been posted, we may be able to recall the parcel via Australia Post if it is still in transit and resend it. Please note in this case, any additional postage costs will be charged back to you.
Order edits
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unfortunately unable to edit any orders after they have been processed.
Order edits that we are unable to perform include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Change of address
- Change of product/s, including sizing
- Change of gift message
- Change of shipping method
- Combining multiple orders placed
If you need to exchange a size or colour, you are able to do so per our 30-day change of mind policy.

Any orders containing PRE-ORDER items will be shipped in full once all items are in stock. Please see the product Title & Description for scheduled dispatch date. We will be in touch via email if there are any delays with shipments for Pre-Order stock.
30-Day Returns Policy
We accept returns for items* received within 30 days from the date of purchase, or receipt of delivery
All items eligible for return must be in original, saleable condition, with all OiOi tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay and organise the return postage.
*Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on "Final Sale", "Bundles", "Second/Sample" or "Personalised" items.
We do not offer returns on orders outside of Australia so please choose carefully if you are an international customer.

Here at OiOi, we stand behind our products and we take great pride in the quality of the craftsmanship of each and every item we produce. This is why we warrant all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
