Refund policy

30-Day Returns Policy

We accept returns for items received within 30 days from the date of purchase, or receipt of delivery.

All items eligible for return must be in original, saleable condition, with all OiOi tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that we charge a $10 return shipping fee.

Step 1: Email sales@oioi.com.au with your return or exchange request.

Step 2: You will be sent a link to pay the $10 return shipping fee and we will then provide you with a pre-paid return label.

Step 3: Attach the pre-paid return label to your packaged item and drop it off at your closest Australia Post.

We will process your refund or exchange once the item reaches our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 Business Days for your parcel to be processed.

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on "Sale", "Second/Sample" or "Personalised" items.

We do not offer returns on orders outside of Australia so please choose carefully if you are an international customer.
