Free pick up is available from our warehouse in Moorabbin, Victoria. Simply select the "Pick Up"  option at the checkout and your order will be available to collect within 24 hours on weekdays between 8am-4pm.

We send International Orders via International Express Post. Prices calculated at the checkout.

IMPORTANT: International taxes and duties. Please note any additional importation charges, taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Your delivery charge does not include such additional charges. We do not refund customs or shipping fees if the parcel is returned to us.

Packaging

We have sourced our mail packaging from a number of fantastic, local Victorian based suppliers.

  • Nappy Bags and Stroller Organisers are packaged in a beautiful OiOi branded cardboard box- sourced from a supplier in Coolaroo, VIC
  • Smaller item orders, such as babywear or change mats, are packaged in compostable mailers sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.
  • We use exclusively OiOi branded eco kraft tape for all orders - sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.
  • We do not include invoices in your order to minimise paper, however, we do include a thank you card printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper with toxic-free inks. We work with a fantastic environmentally-friendly printer in Castlemaine, VIC.

Gift Message Service

We offer a free Gift Message Service. Simply include your gift message in the notes section of the Checkout.

We also sell Greeting Cards if you would prefer the gift message to be handwritten on one of these.

Incorrect address

We use an automated system that creates labels in Australia Post using the exact address you have entered into the checkout.

Due to the high volume of orders and our fast processing times, we are unable to change your address after you have checked out so please double check that you have entered the correct details. If you live in a unit or apartment, please ensure that you clearly state your unit/apartment number.

If you have entered the wrong address at the checkout, please contact us at sales@oioi.com.au immediately with the subject title "URGENT-WRONG ADDRESS" and we may be able to change it before your order has been processed by our warehouse team.

If your product has already been posted, we may be able to recall the parcel via Australia Post if it is still in transit and resend it. Please note in this case, any additional postage costs will be charged back to you.

Order edits

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unfortunately unable to edit any orders after they have been processed.

Order edits that we are unable to perform include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Change of address
  • Change of product/s, including sizing
  • Change of gift message
  • Change of shipping method
  • Combining multiple orders placed

If you need to exchange a size or colour, you are able to do so per our 30-day change of mind policy.

Care

The OiOi Convertible Footmuff is made from durable polyester with a soft fleece lining. You can spot clean the outer fabric with mild soap and water, or pop it into a gentle machine wash inside an old pillow slip or cotton care bag to protect the hardware. Line dry in the shade and avoid bleach, dry cleaning, tumble drying or ironing. When you are not using it, store it in the included care bag.

What does “4-in-1” actually mean?

It means the footmuff adapts four ways: full cover for cooler winter days, liner mode for warmer weather, newborn head support with the removable infant head hugger, and a reversible seat pad with plush fleece or patterned fabric.

Will this fit my pram?

The design means it will fit most of the prams on the market – if not we offer a hassle free return service so you can buy with confidence!  

How is this more suited for cooler days?

The full-cover mode has a fleece-lined interior to keep bub warm, plus a water-resistant outer layer that helps protect against wind and light rain. When it’s warmer, you can unzip it into a lighter liner so it’s comfortable in any weather.
