Minimum quantities
Minimum order value is AU $700.00 or over.
Payment terms - Australian Customers
- Your first three wholesale orders will be on Pre-Paid Payment Terms. You can then apply for a credit account (30-day Payment terms).
- We accept VISA and MasterCard or EFT, the additional fees will be added to your invoice.
- If you wish to pay via PayPal, the additional fees will be added to your invoice.
- Please state your invoice number as the payment reference when paying via EFT and send remittance to the following address sales@oioi.com.au.
- All orders will be kept in our system up to 10 business days for payment. Invoices will be cancelled, and stock will then be placed back in stock if no payment is received.
Payment terms - International Customers
- All International Customers are on Pre-Paid Payment Terms.
Overdue accounts
OiOi retains the legal ownership of any goods supplied to the Buyer against orders/invoices until such time all sums owed against the invoice are paid in full.
- Any accounts that are outstanding for over 30 days may be passed on to debt collection and any fees involved in recovering the debt is the responsibility of the stockist.
- If your last payment was Overdue, your payment terms will revert back to Pre-Paid Payment Terms.
Freight
- We ship most wholesale orders via Australia Post, depending on your selection when ordering. Pallet size orders are sent via a courier.
- Freight is not included in product pricing, instead it is calculated and applied to your final invoice before payment and dispatch. For international orders you will receive a freight quote before your order is shipped.
- In-stock items usually ship within 1 – 3 business days. If you place an order that contains both backorder and in-stock items, the order will be shipped in full once all products are back in stock.
- You will be provided with tracking information once the order is dispatched. Please ensure you follow tracking and are available to receive your goods - any re-delivery charges will be passed onto you.
Returns & Cancellations
- Return of faulty/broken/incomplete items should occur within 5 days of receiving them. To report any of the above, please email the details of the issue and an image to sales@oioi.com.au and quote your invoice number. Non-delivery must be reported immediately.
- All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We do not accept return of unsold goods or change of mind.
Prices
- Prices shown on our wholesale portal are in AUD excl. GST.
- We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our main website (oioi.com.au).
- We kindly ask our stockists to not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale for a set promotional period.
- It is very important to us that there is no price competition between our retailers. We have found that this strategy promotes higher sales, conversion rates & margins for all.
- For this reason, price-competitive stores risk having their wholesale account terminated.
Distribution
- OiOi products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Amazon, Catch and Kogan.
- Selling OiOi products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance.
Pre-orders
- Estimated delivery dates are approximate and for guidance only. We try our best to get your order dispatched to you as soon as possible, but we are sometimes affected by delays outside of our control. Pre-orders are considered final orders and cannot be cancelled once paid.
Agreement of terms
- By placing an order with OiOi you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended, they will be effective immediately.
