Free pick up is available from our warehouse in Moorabbin, Victoria. Simply select the "Pick Up"  option at the checkout and your order will be available to collect within 24 hours on weekdays between 8am-4pm.

We send International Orders via International Express Post. Prices calculated at the checkout.

IMPORTANT: International taxes and duties. Please note any additional importation charges, taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Your delivery charge does not include such additional charges. We do not refund customs or shipping fees if the parcel is returned to us.

Packaging

We have sourced our mail packaging from a number of fantastic, local Victorian based suppliers.

  • Nappy Bags and Stroller Organisers are packaged in a beautiful OiOi branded cardboard box- sourced from a supplier in Coolaroo, VIC
  • Smaller item orders, such as babywear or change mats, are packaged in compostable mailers sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.
  • We use exclusively OiOi branded eco kraft tape for all orders - sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.
  • We do not include invoices in your order to minimise paper, however, we do include a thank you card printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper with toxic-free inks. We work with a fantastic environmentally-friendly printer in Castlemaine, VIC.

Gift Message Service

We offer a free Gift Message Service. Simply include your gift message in the notes section of the Checkout.

We also sell Greeting Cards if you would prefer the gift message to be handwritten on one of these.

Error with an order

Incorrect address

We use an automated system that creates labels in Australia Post using the exact address you have entered into the checkout.

Due to the high volume of orders and our fast processing times, we are unable to change your address after you have checked out so please double check that you have entered the correct details. If you live in a unit or apartment, please ensure that you clearly state your unit/apartment number.

If you have entered the wrong address at the checkout, please contact us at sales@oioi.com.au immediately with the subject title "URGENT-WRONG ADDRESS" and we may be able to change it before your order has been processed by our warehouse team.

If your product has already been posted, we may be able to recall the parcel via Australia Post if it is still in transit and resend it. Please note in this case, any additional postage costs will be charged back to you.

Order edits

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unfortunately unable to edit any orders after they have been processed.

Order edits that we are unable to perform include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Change of address
  • Change of product/s, including sizing
  • Change of gift message
  • Change of shipping method
  • Combining multiple orders placed

If you need to exchange a size or colour, you are able to do so per our 30-day change of mind policy.

Care

For a quick clean, shake out any crumbs, remove the ice pack and spot clean with soapy water. Leave the lunch bag open and upside down to dry completely before storing.
If you prefer to machine wash, shake out any crumbs first, remove the ice pack and make sure the velcro divider is attached so the mesh is protected. Wash on a cold delicate cycle, pre-treating any stains if needed, then leave it open and upside down to dry fully. Please do not tumble dry.

How many breast pumps does it fit?

With the divider keeping milk on one side and the pumps on the other, the Maxi can easily fit up to three pumps, including the Spectra S1, Medela Pump in Style, and Lansinoh SignaturePro. This helps keep the area tidy and organised, keeping milk and pumps separate.
